I have never done yoga before, can i come to to the class?
Yes! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, especially with beginners in mind.
What do I need to wear to a yoga class?
We reccomend wearing what you are comfortable in. Think of what you would traditionally wear to the gym to work out and just wear that. The most important thing is for you to be able to easily move around.

I'm not flexible, can I do yoga?
Yes! And believe it or not you are a perfect candidate to try yoga. A lot of people think that they need to be flexible to start yoga, but that's a little bit like thinking that you need to be a great dancer to take dance lessions. As you practice you will find that yoga helps to increase your flexibility over time.

How can my business be a part of Free The Yoga?
We are always looking for organizations that have ethical brand values that match ours. We would love to learn more about your venue/ product/ service. Please tell us more about your company by emailing us at hello@freetheyoga.com with the subject heading “Partners”
Where can I find parking?
We wish we could arrange free parking at our events but often due to the central nature of the venue, parking can be an expense which is difficult for us to control. We reccomend contacting the venue hosting the yoga class directly as they are often the most informed with regard to parking accomodations in the area.
Why are your classes free?
We want to make yoga accessible to anyone and everyone that wants to do it. We live in a time where the cost of living is continually rising and many people find themselves stressed out without the skills to cope. By offering free yoga classes we want to share a tool kit of strategies that are absolutely free to utilize and once learned can be used anytime and anywhere.
